Please read these Terms carefully before using Letterhood. They set out the rules for using our platform and your rights and responsibilities as a user.

By accessing or using Letterhood ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Letterhood. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users in jurisdictions requiring a higher minimum age must comply with local law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Letterhood is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access that you failed to report promptly.
You retain ownership of the letters and other content you publish ("User Content"). By publishing content on Letterhood, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with operating the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
You agree not to: (a) post content that violates our Content Policy; (b) harass, threaten, or impersonate others; (c) distribute spam or unsolicited commercial content; (d) use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without our written permission; (e) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (f) violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or our Content Policy. Appeals may be submitted to safety@letterhood.com within 14 days of a moderation action.
The Letterhood name, logo, and all Service software are the exclusive property of Letterhood Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary material without our prior written consent.
Our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference, describes how we collect and use personal information. By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Letterhood does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letterhood Inc. and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
